The PADEL MATCH Academy Youth Competition program is designed for ambitious young players
who wish to take the next step and prepare seriously for competition.
Our approach is based on structured planning, specific objectives and individualized monitoring.
Each week, the sessions are organized around clear areas of progression in order to ensure constant and measurable progress.






SPORTS PROGRAM
Our methodology ensures real, personalized progress for each player.
Each session has a clear objective, with regular monitoring to guarantee continuous improvement, regardless of skill level.
Four Key Areas Each Week:
Technique: precision, efficiency, and mastery of fundamentals
Control: consistency and quality of strokes
Real-Game Situations: match scenarios and decision-making
Competition Strategy: tactics, key-point management, and mental preparation
Specialized Physical Preparation
Because performance also depends on physical conditioning.
Small groups (maximum 6 players per coach) to ensure:

Organization
Choose your sessions 1 to 4 times per week (Monday to Thursday):

🕠 17:30 – 19:00
Up to 3 physical preparation sessions of 1 hour each on the same days, before or after training (depending on availability).

ADMISSION
Admission to the Youth Competition program is by selection only.
Candidates take part in a full evaluation week at PADEL MATCH Academy, which includes:

Padel performance tests

Physical fitness tests

Academic transcript review

Medical assessment

Individual interview with the player

Meeting with the parents
This selection phase allows us to assess the player’s sporting level, potential, commitment, and the overall consistency of their personal and athletic development project.
